Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that appointments be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that deposits are non-refundable; however, one transfer may be allowed in the event of illness. All new clients are required to book and attend a consultation before scheduling any future services. To ensure we stay on schedule, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a cancellation, and you will be charged the full appointment rate. This applies regardless of your arrival time. We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.
