Policies

  • At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel/reschedule appointments.
     
  • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
     
  • Arriving late will shorten your treatment time to ensure we stay on schedule.
     
  • You will be charged for the full duration of the appointment as originally booked, regardless of arrival time.
     
  • If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full appointment rate.
     
  • The consultation service must be paid for in full at the time of booking. 
     
  • There is a non-refundable 20% deposit required to secure an appointment once a consultation has been completed.
     
  • Deposits may be made through Square, Venmo, or Cash.
